What classes can you do with Élise?
Interval Training
Consists of a circuit of exercises, alternating between muscle strengthening and cardio training. Each movement is explained in detail and taught to you. The session allows you to build muscle, clear your head but also to sweat! You will improve your strength and your endurance and interval training is good for your body and your head. I will accompany you in your progress, correcting and adapting the exercises if necessary.
Teenagers / Kids / Mini Kids Training
These sessions are adapted to the age of the participants. The sessions are in small groups (max 10). The children have fun and work out with various sports exercises. These sessions also allow them to improve their mobility, to become aware of their body in space, to strengthen their muscles and above all to feel good in their body and mind.
Outdoor Fitness
A course through the valley or the altitude resort where the natural (or urban) landscape is used for sports exercises. Staying active, building muscle, and stretching while being in nature.
Flow Yoga
The yoga I teach is a creative and dynamic yoga-inspired by Vinyasa. The yoga practice I offer is in symbiosis with your breath, for a better connection to the body and the present moment. The sessions are fluid, and include some pranayama (breathing exercises), detailed asanas (postures), and a time of relaxation with shavasana.
Children's Yoga
Perfect for your children to discover yoga in a playful way. Feel, breathe, have fun and become more flexible. It’s also a great moment of sharing, by enjoying some family yoga.
From 3 years old.
Prenatal & postnatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga: Enjoy a moment just for you, to release body tensions, learn breathing techniques and feel good. The session can be done alone or as a couple. This session also allows you to keep your mobility, to accompany you in the movement, and to become aware of the benefits of breathing.
Post-Natal Yoga: Take a gentle time for you and your baby. Release tension, reconnect with your body, and let yourself go to the rhythm of the movement.
Step / LIA
Choreographed cardio training sessions.
Pilates
Gentle work on the deep abdominal muscles, in connection with breathing.
Running / Trail
I accompany you in your running journey and progression. I will suggest different courses for you according to your level. Enjoying these different courses will help you to reach your objectives.
The CrossFit Method
This involves functional movements, constantly varied and performed at high intensity. The key theme is that you do movements that are useful in everyday life. At the same time, there is no set routine and you commit to give it your all, every time. But with control. Above all, you need to have a solid foundation, which you work on and rework regularly in the classes.

"what more could you ask for"
With Élise, in the resort of Ste Foy la Tarentaise, in the French Alps, we practised Yoga flow, a series of postures under relaxing music.
